The Youth Speed Strength Agility Clinic helps young athletes improve movement, balance, and overall athletic performance in a fun, high-energy setting.
Each 3-week session focuses on proper technique, strength development, and confidence building — led by Coach Joanna Hofbauer, Youth Strength & Conditioning Specialist.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Unlimited Attendance)
Ages 8½–11 → 7:00–7:45 PM
Ages 12–14 → 7:45–8:30 PM
Location: Upstairs on the Turf at Spa 23
Cost: $150 per athlete per 3-week session
