• Sign in at the front desk downstairs. Give yourself time before class, as you will need to fill out a waiver and familiarize yourself with the studio.
• Studio Hours – doors open 15 minutes prior to scheduled class time.
• We have mats for rent and towels for purchase. If needed, please let the front desk know.

• You need to leave class early.
• You are new to a yoga practice.
• You have any medical restrictions or injuries that may require pose modifications.

• Be prepared to practice barefoot.
• Refrain from eating large meals 2-hours prior to class.
• Start with an all-levels class. Perform each pose to your ability. As long as the breath is steady, you are practicing.
• You don’t have to be flexible! A yoga practice will teach you to follow your breath, quiet your mind and condition your body. If you make yoga a habit, the flexibility will come. The great news is along with flexibility, strength, peace, and a sense of well-being will find a way into your life.
• Comfortable clothing with stretch fabric is best.

• Be on time for class. Studio doors are locked to the outside once class begins. All classes being and end promptly.
• Turn-off or silence all mobile devices.
• Refrain from perfumes, lotions or strong scents.
• No personal items in the studio; however, there are cubbies to store personal items in BEYOGA’s reception area.
