Frequently Asked Questions

How can I register my child for Camp Spa 23?
Complete the Google registration form linked above and submit payment. Registration must be finalized 7 days prior to the week you choose. Example: For Week 1 (June 22 – June 26), registration closes June 15.

Can I switch camp weeks after I have purchased them?
Yes, for a $50 fee. Requests must be made 7 days before the start of that camp week.

How do I know what is planned for the week?
On the Friday before camp starts, you’ll receive an email with the schedule, theme, and details for the upcoming week. Each week ends with a themed All Camp Activity on Friday afternoon.

How will Camp Spa 23 communicate with me?
The main communication channels are Slack and Facebook alerts. You’ll be notified if camp moves between Spa 23 and PV Park. In urgent cases, staff will also call parents directly.

  • Camp Staff will call parents directly if urgent communication is needed.

What is needed to finalize registration?
All forms and payment must be completed 7 days before the first day of camp:

  • Completed registration papers

  • Immunization form

  • Copy of health insurance card

  • Camp Code of Conduct

  • Camp release form

  • Full payment of Camp Invoice

Invoices are sent within 72 hours. Payment is preferred — and safer — in person at Spa 23.

Looking to give your child an unforgettable summer? Camp Spa 23 in Pompton Plains provides safe, active, and engaging experiences for kids ages 4–16. With a wide range of activities, campers stay busy, make friends, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

A Fun and Active Summer Experience
At Camp Spa 23 summer camp, children participate in:

  • Sports (volleyball, basketball, and more)

  • Swim lessons and recreational swimming

  • Sand play and nature walks

  • Arts and crafts

  • Organized group games and activities

  • Special guests and weekly themes

These programs not only deliver fun, but they also encourage teamwork, help kids develop social skills, and promote physical activity throughout the summer.

Camp Location and Schedule
Camp Spa 23 is held at PV Park in Pompton Plains, NJ. The camp is state-certified and offers both indoor and outdoor activities.

  • Ages: 4–16

  • Length: 10-week program

  • Hours: 9 am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday

  • Before Care: 7:45 am – 9 am

  • After Care: 4 pm – 6 pm
