Lou’s love of personal training came to the fore after experiencing an illness. Although Lou has always been involved in sports and physical activity, his true calling beckoned during this time. He has never looked back. Lou enjoys training individuals of all levels, from beginner to advanced athletes. He has a background playing soccer, football and basketball. Lou is passionate about training and shares this with his clients as he helps them reach their goals. He puts 100% into every exercise and also explains each and every move. Personal training is his passion, not his job.
