Please arrive five (5) minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure that your service can begin as scheduled. At the head of each table is storage for your belongings. If you are running a fever or feeling sick, please cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance and reschedule for when you are feeling better.

Your Stretch Therapist will discuss your needs for the day and come up with a plan to ensure those needs are met. We encourage constant communication to ensure the stretch is not painful and to the intensity of your choosing.

Some people may experience soreness the day after their stretch. That’s completely normal and can be mitigated by keeping water intake up. We suggest not working out after your stretch as the chances of injuring yourself increase.

Yes, you can work out and stretch on the same day. However, as a general rule of thumb, it’s suggested that your stretch is done after your workout unless you’ve had a conversation with a Stretch Therapist about your specific situation.

Based on your availability and lifestyle, we figure out the best way to get you to your results. We understand the value of time and how hard it may seem to balance everything going on in life. This is why we put together a specific plan to get you exactly where you want to go, then teach you all the tricks to make it work in that busy lifestyle of yours.

In physical therapy, they usually have a script for one part of your body, so they only work on that part. But here at Stretch, we’re different. We can help with any pains or discomfort you might be feeling on any given day. Your session will be all about you and what you’re feeling. We’ll personalize it to fit exactly what you and your body needs.

Comfortable gym like clothing, nothing too restricting. Also, socks are mandatory.

You’ll meet your stretch therapist at the Stretch desk located at the top of the stairs. Please arrive five (5) minutes prior to your session to ensure you’re on the table as long as possible.

The sessions are either 30- or 60-minutes long.

Your session will include a movement screening, assisted 1 on 1 static stretches, muscle releases and recovery tools.

PNF stands for Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation and it combines both active and isometric stretching techniques. This is a technique we use to not only open up further ranges of motion, but also create strength in said new range of motion. 

While you’re stretching, you might notice some tension, but it shouldn’t be painful. Your Stretch Therapist will be there every step, ensuring you’re comfortable and tailoring the stretch to suit you. Throughout the session, they’ll ask how intense the stretch feels on a scale from 1 to 10. Our target is around a 7, but if it feels too intense, just say the word. Everyone has their own preference, so feel free to guide the session according to your comfort.

We understand that appointment times may need to be changed or canceled. Out of respect for our other guests and your stretch therapist, we kindly ask that you notify us 24 hours prior to your reserved time, so we can fill your spot with clients on our wait list that would love to come visit us. If you do not cancel prior to the 24 hour policy, you will be charged 100% of your service price. Any services cancelled same day will be considered a no show and you will be charged 100% of service fee.

Your well-being is our priority, especially if you’re dealing with a recent injury. Before joining us for stretching, it’s crucial to consult with a doctor or physical therapist to ensure it’s safe for you. We’re not specialized in treating injuries, so obtaining clearance from them is essential for your safety. However, if you’re experiencing ongoing discomfort or stiffness and have received approval from your healthcare provider, our stretching techniques can offer relief and support.

Walk-ins and appointments are welcome. We suggest appointments to guarantee the time and stretch therapist you prefer.

We don’t have a set age limit, but please speak to the Stretch Director about your specific situation. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
