Matt’s passion for personal training came after taking an opportunity to train in martial arts with a friend. Along with a love for martial arts, the experience instilled a strong love of health and fitness in him. Matt is an avid student of fitness and is always looking for the newest, best and most efficient techniques for use in training clients of all levels. Along with that, Matt’s love of a challenge whenever he worked out gave him a “You can do anything if you set your mind to it” outlook that he uses to motivate clients to crush their fitness goals. He takes great pride in helping others, and is dedicated to crafting the right plan for his clients to help them be the happiest and healthiest they can be.
