The Teen Club Membership is great program for teens ages 11 to 17. The membership includes 5 free sessions with a personal trainer to teach your child how to exercise safely and effectively. The membership includes use of the Cardio Center, Free Weight Center, Fitness Center, Kinesis Studio, Indoor Track, Group Exercise Classes, and more. Teens will have a great time while getting fit!
Ages 11 & 12 (Pre-Teen): Parent must be a member and accompany pre-teen at all times
Ages 13 – 17 (Teen): Upgrades to Club rate the month after 18th birthday
Includes cardio, weights, group exercise, track, kinesis
Includes complete orientation
Prepay discount 5% off 12 months (or more) dues paid in advance
