Dan’s passion comes from helping others from an early age while working as a counselor at a day camp with 8 and 9 year old children at the age of 14. As he matured, he continued to help as a gymnastic coach at different centers. During a practice event Dan experienced an injury which lasted over a year. During that time Dan’s lifestyle was sedentary: and, as result Dan’s trouble with weight gain. This weight gain started to affect his ability to breathe. He experience shortness of breath while doing something as simple as tying his shoes. He returned to the gym in order to become fit again. He was able to lose the weight and felt so much better and wanted others to feel better about themselves as well. Fitness affects your mental and physical health in a positive way that is why he became a Personal Trainer to help others achieve the same. Dan believes that any movement is better than no movement. Something as simple as walking can help burn fat: and, add years to your life.
