Briana’s passion for fitness and living a healthier lifestyle came while she was struggling with her weight at a young age. Briana reached her own personal goal of weight loss and soon after felt a strong desire to help others find the same success with their goals. After spending time working as a group fitness instructor, she realized that she would prefer to help people one on one because it was more personal and attentive and a better way to help people achieve their goals.
