I have been training with Briana Molina now for almost five years and there is a reason I continue to do so. Briana is an exceptional trainer who understands my fitness goals and continues to guide me toward them. She is very knowledgeable, very motivating, and always pushes me for that little extra, at the same time making sure I continue to keep the correct form (not an easy task). Her workout plans for me are varied, well thought out and keeps me engaged. She is also always willing answer any questions I have, (usually about my diet), adjust exercises based on how I feel on any particular day, and sometimes alter her schedule if for some reason I have a conflict. She is a pleasure to work with and in my opinion you are lucky to have her as part of your coaching staff.
