A.S. of Exercise Science
Tim’s passion for health and fitness began with a need to better himself and grew into a love of helping others make the same changes and improvements that he learned to make. With a degree in Exercise Science alongside his NASM certification, as well as a sports background including college level lacrosse, military training, and mixed martial arts training, Tim’s experience and knowledge give him the tools to construct the perfect program for any health and fitness goal that you may have. He truly enjoys seeing those he trains accomplish their goals and will put in the extra effort to make sure you reach yours. Tim creates programs specific to each individual and is there with support and motivation every step of the way. He firmly believes that there is no goal that he can’t help you reach and whatever yours may be, Tim will make a plan to get you there and make sure you have fun doing it.
