Adult and Kids Programs

Our goal at Spa 23 is to get everyone moving and make it fun! We offer a variety of non-traditional exercise classes that are so fun and engaging you don’t even realize you are working out. Not only does Spa 23 offer core exercise programs that motivate and invigorate, we offer additional programs, like belly dancing, and boot camps, to keep your workouts interesting and keep you coming back! All programs are open to nonmembers, and discounted to Spa 23 Members. 

Adult Spring Programs:

A new Summer session is ready for registrations! Spa 23's Membership Department is here Monday through Friday 9am to 9pm and Saturday & Sunday 9am to 5pm to register you for the programs below. Or print and mail the Program Registration form. 
Programs begin the week of March 18th unless noted. 

Kid's Spring Programs:

A new Spring session is ready for registrations! Spa 23's Membership Department is here Monday through Friday 9am to 9pm and Saturday & Sunday 9am to 6pm to register you for the programs below. Or print and mail the Program Registration form.

Parties

If you are looking for a unique, fun and exciting location to hold your next party, look no further than Spa 23. In addition to offering pool parties and play parties for your child’s birthday celebration, Spa 23 offers Graduation Parties, Sweet Sixteen Events, Bah and Bat Mitzvahs, Scout & School Fun Nights, Project Graduations, Corporate Events, Massage Parties and more!


We can provide your total party package, including entertainment and catering, so that you can enjoy your event and leave the planning to us.

We customize to your needs and cater to your whims. 

CAMP Spa 23:

Your girls and boys, ages 4 and up, will have the time of their lives swimming, playing volleyball, basketball, organized games and activities, doing crafts, and more! Camp Spa 23 is a NJ State Certified indoor & outdoor summer camp.

Continuing for 2013, we are offering Teen CAMP Spa 23  for your 6th thru 10th graders! Keep them interested, active and having fun this summer. See below for all the details! 

Stop by for our Open House, Sunday April 21 from 4-6pm and meet our CAMP Director. Camp Counselors will be on hand to entertain the kids while you get your questions answered and/or get registered. Open House Information
