Fusion

This 60 minute workout combines the best of both worlds. 30 minutes of attacking your abs, glutes and thighs on the Pilates Reformer followed by 30 minutes of strength training on the Gravity machine. You will build stamina and endurance while burning calories and losing inches!

Reform Your Body

Reform your body is a Pilates program based on the principles of exercise created by Joseph Pilates using Pilates Reformer equipment. The Reformer enables you to gain core stability while developing peripheral strength.
