The vendor table program is an option to rent space in our front lobby to interface with our members. Space is rented out twice a week. You pick your day of the week. The cost is the same whether you are here 1 hour or all 24 hours. We set you up by our front door in the main lobby. All merchandise must be displayed on our tables only, no vendor racks permitted. Displays are limited to two tables.
1 table (provided by Spa 23) Members $75 nonmembers $100
2 tables (provided by Spa 23) Members $100 nonmembers $125
Please provide a copy of your resale certificate to our Program Director when reserving your table.

Product is to be displayed on tables only—no rolling or floor standing racks.
Vendor rentals are on a first come basis. Payment in full holds your reservation date. Unless we are holding a special vendor day, rentals are to one vendor at a time. Spa 23 is open 24 hours and as a vendor you rent the entire day. It is your choice what hours you decide to be here.
Product displays, demonstrations and customer interaction is limited to your vendor area only.
Spa 23 cannot allow vendors to sell knock off items (i.e. fake Gucci purses, etc.)
Advertising Opportunities at Spa 23
Spa 23 sends a Bi-Monthly e-mail newsletter to 8500+ e-mails. It generally goes out Wednesday evenings.
There are two newsletter opportunities:
Cost: $65.00 which includes the sponsor box at the top of the newsletter, featuring a link to your website and then your sponsorship ad runs at the bottom of the newsletter. Each newsletter is limited to one sponsor
cost: $45.00 This ad runs at the bottom of the newsletter under the sponsor’s ad.
All ads must include a discount/promotion for Spa 23 members, good for at least 30 days from date of publish.
